David Attenborough - Humans are plague on Earth - Telegraph

This is the movement that has been pushing for a world government and Centralized Empire sense antiquity ,  even more sense the 1800's.  They have been wrong at every prediction they have made through out history.  But they keep predicting man is the enemy of the earth.  They are pure secularist and followers of Thomas Robert Malthus.   George Soros is one of the biggest pushers of this movement.  A good book on this subject is Fatal Misconception: The struggle to control world population . These population control Ideas go all the way back to 350-283 BCE.  These groups always end in death and anti human activity. Some of which are not so bad like abstinence, but there motive is to draw people into there bigger agenda which is world government and statism. They all attack the Idea of the inalienable rights of the individual as put forth in the Declination of Independence.
