Russia says it must stake claim to Arctic resources

Russia is acting like it's old self--a big, greedy, bully. They think all they have to say is something belongs to them and presto!!--it does. Just like Ronald Reagan said about the Berlin wall, "take down that wall", today we must say, "take down that flag." This issue is all about control and greed and not the welfare of human beings aorund the world.
